Chapter 5 - Motivate Greatness
Building Motivation
A trumpet is used within a band to create energy and build excitement in the music. Being one of the loudest of all instruments, it can be heard above the band hitting the right notes at the right time to inspire the listener. Like a trumpet, a leader hits the right notes at the right time to provide inspiration to the team and motivate them to strive for the highest levels in the work, creating the excitement and energy to work together to succeed.
